It asks what you did — and then shows you the character who did the same thing.
Ten measures, no lore
Every question is a situation from an ordinary life. A colleague presenting your idea as theirs. A decision nobody authorised you to make. A friend who has been in the wrong for a while, and everyone can see it.
You will not be asked to describe yourself, and you will not need to have seen the show. Ten things get measured, and the fifteen characters are measured the same way:
- Meets it head-on — or lets it go
- Keeps faith when it costs — or steps back
- Moves without sign-off — or waits to be told
- Waits it out — or forces it now
- Seeks out company — or prefers the quiet
- Weighs it first — or walks straight through
- Needs it acknowledged — or doesn't mind who knows
- Shows on the surface — or gives nothing away
- Builds past themselves — or acts for now
- Pushes when refused — or lets it arrive
Why behaviour and not motive
Every character here has two readings, and the fandom has been arguing over them since the first season. Was Alicent coerced or complicit? Was Rhaenyra patient, or merely passive?
Those are questions about motive, and motive is not visible on screen. What is visible is what people did. Aemond claimed the largest dragon in the world alone, at night, with nobody watching. Larys arranged a fire and inherited what was left of his family. Helaena told her brother a thing he did not want to hear, flatly, and he did not listen.
Score the act, and the result stops depending on which side you were already on. It also stops flattering you. Turning a private wound into a principle and then enforcing it on people who had nothing to do with it is Criston Cole, and it is also an ordinary week in most workplaces. These people did it during a war. You do it at work.
The boundary
Everything through the Season 3 finale, screen only. No book material, even where the book is better known — so Aemond does not meet his book fate here, and Hugh Hammer betrays nobody at Tumbleton, because on screen neither has happened.
HBO has said the fourth season arrives in 2028, so nothing here goes stale for a while.
About the art
Fifteen manuscript plates on aged vellum: ink, gold leaf and a single crimson accent, the way a maester might have recorded the court a century after everyone in it was dead.
Nobody here is a likeness. Each figure is built only from what the show gives you to recognise them by: an eyepatch and a scar, a gold half-mask, a walking cane, a dented tankard.
The artwork carries no lettering. Every word on your card is set by the page, including your name when you give one.
